Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our hive receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
